Open Managed Agents
OMA is an open, multi-provider specification for managed, stateful agent runtimes.
OMA is the sibling control-plane specification to OpenResponses. It standardizes reusable agents, reusable environments, long-lived sessions, durable event streams, and mounted runtime resources.
