2. Environment lifecycle + archive semantics
3. Session lifecycle + initial idle state
4. Event ordering + replay pagination
5. always_ask approval flow
6. Custom tool invocation + roundtrip result flow
7. Session resource CRUD and archive rejection behavior

Pass Criteria

• oma-core requires 100% pass to claim compliance.
• Optional profiles require complete pass for that profile before claiming support.
• Unsupported profiles must be declared explicitly.
